Reply Letter from Health Bureau - The Update of Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359)
Subsequent to our response letter sent to Health Bureau on 3 April 2025, we received a reply letter from Secretary for Health of The Government of the HKSAR in relation to the recent bill submitted to the Legislative Council, which proposes a new legal framework for allowing patients to access physiotherapy services without a doctor’s referral under specified circumstances.
