The Hong Kong Physiotherapists' Union (HKPU) proudly celebrated the exceptional achievements of the next generation of physiotherapy professionals at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) Opening cum Award Ceremony 2026, held on 19 August 2026.
HKPU Vice President Mr George Wong attended the prestigious event to personally present the HKPU Outstanding Award in Professional Service and Development, underlining the Union's continuous commitment to nurturing young talent and advancing the physiotherapy profession.
The top honours of the evening were awarded to three outstanding HKMU students:
- Primary Awardee: Mr So Wing Hei
- Co-First Runner-Up: Ms Lam Chin Chin
- Co-First Runner-Up: Ms Ngai Cheuk Kei Natalie
The HKPU Outstanding Award in Professional Service and Development recognizes students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, innovation, and dedication in their academic and professional development, contributing significantly to the student and clinical community.
