The office of current Executive Committee (EC) is going to step down by the end of 2020. 

The nomination period for the new EC for the coming two years (January, 2021 – December, 2022) had been completed at 18/9/2020. There are total of 13 candidates listed, and their names and work sectors have been printed in the Ballot. All Full and Life Members are advised to go through the rules listed in the Ballot for a valid ballot. 

As a reminder, all Ballot must be submitted by putting inside the provided envelope. The envelope must then be sealed and sent to the Union on or before 31/10/2020  as the deadline  for election.
